Is your organization looking to improve its services to Bexar County clients/patients? If so, we invite you to consider applying to Health Confianza’s Pledge Program. We have limited spots remaining, but there is still time to apply!
The Pledge Program is an organizational health literacy (OHL) program centered around a 9-month learning collaborative. Participants will assess their practices and use that information to develop a plan to improve their OHL, such as creating policies, improving signage and enhancing communication.
Pledge Program graduates include Alamo Community Group, CentroMed, Community First Health Plans Empower House SA, Living Positive San Antonio, SAMMinistries, SAVE Clinic, Texas A&M University – San Antonio, UT Health San Antonio Primary Care Center and YWCA.
The Pledge Program is free and open to community-focused organizations that have an interest in making their services more accessible, understandable, and useable by their clients/patients.
